Hollins Center Plan
The Plan Summary highlights the key components of the various sections of the Draft Plan, which is fully detailed in six appendices. The Summary is provided in an easy-to-read format with many graphics, maps, tables and charts.
The Board of Supervisors voted to adopt the Hollins Center Plan as an amendment to the Roanoke County Comprehensive Plan after a public hearing on July 28, 2020. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2020.
