[ARCHIVED] Prescription Drug Take Back Day Across the Roanoke Valley, Saturday April 28

On Saturday, April 28, communities across Virginia will take part in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. This free program allows citizens to bring their unused, unwanted or expired prescription drugs to local law enforcement agencies for proper disposal; thus, helping to prevent drug abuse and protect our valley’s waterways.

Locations include:
Roanoke Civic Center
Salem at the K-Mart on Main Street
Botetourt County - at the Daleville Kroger
Roanoke County - at the Tanglewood Kroger
Roanoke County Public Safety Building - Cove Road
Roanoke County Fire Station #1 - Hershberger Road
Vinton - at the Hardy Road Kroger
