It's 52 Things at Your Library, a new series in 2024, where we showcase different resources available to you at RCPL! Be sure to stop by and see us to find out more. This week is all about the Friends of the Library.

Members of the Friends of the Roanoke County Public Library (FOL) organization are people who believe a strong public library is essential to Roanoke Valley, contribute their support to achieve this goal, and work for a cause important to them and to their community. Each year the FOL sponsors the annual Summer Reading Program and more.

Anyone who believes in the value of libraries can belong to Friends of the Library.

Application Form

To join, bring a completed copy of the Membership Form along with your payment to any RCPL location. You may also mail it to the Friends of the Library at:
