[ARCHIVED] UPDATE: Teenager Found Safe

(UPDATE October 6, 2023) Ayanna Tune was located safe in Florida and has returned to Virginia.

Original News Release

(Roanoke County, VA—October 1, 2023) The Roanoke County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Ayanna Tune, believed to have left home on Thursday, September 28 just before midnight. At this time, police have no indication that she is in danger. She may be in the presence of another missing person, Leanna Blankenship, from Franklin County.

Ayanna is described as a black female, approximately 5'7" and 110 lbs. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.
