[ARCHIVED] NON-EMERGENCY Phone Line Issues

Due to an equipment issue, some phone calls placed to the Non-Emergency phone line in the Roanoke County Emergency Communications Center will not make it through to personnel.

This issue DOES NOT affect calls to 9-1-1. If a caller is unable to make it through to the non-emergency line, please hang up and try again or call 9-1-1 for assistance.
