[ARCHIVED] Diuguids Lane bridge is Open to Traffic

The Diuguids Lane bridge is now open to traffic. Flagging will occur during the day while the contractor finishes the project. Crews are not anticipated to be working on the weekends.

VDOT anticipates that the project will be completely finished in about three weeks, weather permitting.
