[ARCHIVED] UPDATE: Green Ridge Open, Indoor Pool Remains Closed

GRRC closed due to power outage

Update: As of 2:30 p.m., Green Ridge Recreation Center is open after a power outage for several hours today, Oct. 11. The operating status of the indoor pool is uncertain this evening, as we are working to restore pumps and chemical balance after the outage.

Please call the front desk at (540) 777-6300 to inquire about pool operation before your visit.

(Wednesday, October 11, 2017) - As of 10:00 a.m., Green Ridge Recreation Center is currently closed due to a power outage.

According to AEP Appalachian Power, power will be returned to the facility in several hours. We expect to re-open at 3:00 p.m. today, subject to change.
