[ARCHIVED] Service Interruption to Roanoke County Non-Emergency Number

October 27, 2016 – The Roanoke County Emergency Communications Center is currently experiencing an interruption in service to its non-emergency phone line.

People should call 9-1-1 for emergencies. There is no disruption in service to the 9-1-1 phone line.

For non-emergencies, people should first call (540) 562-3265 and if there is no answer, call (540) 283-6597.

Repairs are being made and an update will be provided once complete.
