[ARCHIVED] Delay in Thursday A Week Brush Collection

Due to the volume of brush set out for collection this week, the brush collection is running behind. We are making every effort to collect as much brush as quickly as possible; however, we will not finish Thursday A brush collection by 5:00 p.m.

Collection will resume tomorrow (Friday, March 11) where the crews left off today. If residents have questions as to whether or not we have collected on their specific street, please call the Solid Waste Division at 387-6225 during regular office hours.

When placing brush out for collection, please keep in mind that piles should be no larger than a pick up truck load (6'x6'x6') and limbs should be less than 6' long and no wider than 12" in diameter. If at all possible, please stack the brush neatly to facilitate efficient and quick collection.
