[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Tracotr Trailer Accident Closes One Lane of Northbound I-81 in Botetourt County

SALEM – At approximately 5 a.m. this morning an accident involving a tractor trailer carrying a load of turkeys closed the right lane of northbound Interstate 81 near mile marker 154 in Botetourt County.

A wrecker is on scene and crews are waiting for a second tractor trailer to arrive to remove the turkeys. They estimate the lane closure may be in place until noon today.
