[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Closure Scheduled for Route 696 in Roanoke County

SALEM – Weather permitting, on Monday, May 5, a section of Route 696 (Apple Grove Lane) in Roanoke County will be closed from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for an emergency pipe repair.

Flaggers will control traffic once the road is reopened. The section of Route 696 is located 0.5 mile from Route 221.

There is no alternative route. Drivers will need to plan accordingly.
