The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) provides snow removal for most counties in Virginia, including Roanoke County.

If you have concerns about the condition of your Roanoke County streets and roads, call VDOT's customer service line at 1-800-367-7623, or use VDOT's convenient online work order form listed below to report road conditions and request maintenance.
