[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Lane Closure in Place on I-81 in Montgomery County for an Emergency Pothole Repair

SALEM – A right lane closure is in place on northbound Interstate 81 near mile marker 120 for an emergency pothole repair.

The lane closure will be in place until at least 5:30 p.m. Re-opening the lane is dependent upon how quickly the asphalt cools so that traffic can travel on the repaired area.

Drivers are encouraged to call 511 or visit www.511Virginia.org for real time traffic information.
